The complex is 500 meters from the panoramic road between Varna, Burgas, and approx. 700 meters from the beach. From the plot, you have a wonderful view of the beautiful Black Sea and in the horizon the town of Obzor, with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
The apartment is located on the third floor and has an area of 77 m2. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet. The apartment has a spacious terrace a terrace equipped as a dining room. From the terrace you can enjoy a relaxing view of the landscape and green fields that surrounds the complex.
