This house is situated in 30 km away from Yambol. The property has splendid views. The distance to Turkey is one hour driving and to Greece, there is half an hour.

The area where the house is located is a peaceful area in the middle of a beautiful landscape with lakes, mountains. The village is 25 min from Yambol and 45 min from Burgas. The village is situated in the Toundja hill area, approximately 255 m. altitude above sea level, along the north slopes of the hill locality “Malak Bakadjik”. The village is well developed and it has three shops, regular bus transport, kindergarten, church, post office.
