This room is located in beautiful untouched surroundings at the shore of Lake Gradce. The lake is 6 kilometers north of Kocani at the foot of the Osogovo Mountains.
The hotel has cozy double, triple rooms . All rooms have separate bathrooms and a view over the lake. The rooms comes with a TV, minibar and air conditioning.
In the hotel is restaurant where you can enjoy, traditional cuisine with many local specialties prepared with eco-products or a drink at the bar. In the summer there is an outdoor bar restaurant overlooking the lake. There is Free Wi-Fi and free private parking on site.

The area has relatively mild winters compared to rest of the country, since there are a number of hot springs below the city. This mild climate has also made it possible to grow rice in the area, and the town is surrounded with rice fields.

The eastern part of Macedonia south east of Skopje is less explored by tourism but none the less it represent one of the most interesting regions in the area with unspoiled nature. One of the places of interest is the area around Kocani and lake Gradce, with mountains, lakes, waterfalls, a river, and archaeological sites where you fell to be thousands of kilometers away from civilization. Nonetheless you are just few kilometers away from Kocani with everyday city life.
20 km north of Kocani, you find Ponikva which located in the Osogovo Mountains, at 1580 m above sea level, with forest, diverse vegetation and amazing panorama views over the area. For winter sports there are two ski lifts and a snowboard track available.
Eastern Macadonia has the ideal conditions for mountain biking, paragliding, and other extreme sports as well as for those who just want to enjoy the beauty of the unspoiled nature.
