General

This luxurious beachfront villa is located in the southern part of Sozopol. The is an astonishing panorama view over the Black Sea and of the beach which is only 100 meters away.

The architecture of the villa is inspired of the classic rustic Mediterranean building style. Indoor the villa is furnished with quality furniture and the moment you walk in the door you will feel a warm atmosphere. The villa has three floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with fire place and direct access to an open terrace. On this floor is also a modern large open kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One pf the bedrooms has a balcony with sea floor. You access the second floor via an outdoor staircase that leads up to what is a small studio with a small kitchen. This construction makes the villa ideal for groups of guests where some privacy is desired.

The villa has a large garden with swimming pool, quality garden furniture, flowers, and a barbecue which enables you to prepare nice dinners outside while you enjoy the view over the sea. There area where the villa is located is quiet but still there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Sozopol is the oldest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and the city center of Sozopol is only 2 km away from the villa. Here you will find an atmosphere of the past with traditional Bulgarian houses, small paved streets, restaurants with a traditional Bulgarian cuisine as well restaurants with dishes on the menu from the international cuisine.

Sozopol is located on a rocky peninsula in the southern part of the Burgas Bay witch creates a beautiful coastline with a mixture of rocky formation and lagoons with sandy beaches and crystal clear water. In the area is also one of the largest aqua parks in Bulgaria and the nature reserve of Ropotamo with rivers and mountains.
