General

A supreme semidetached villa located I Kosharitsa just two kilometers from Sunny Beach. The area is a quiet villa area at the foot of the mountains. The villa has two floors and can accommodate 6 people. One the ground floor is a large living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, a large dining area, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor are two bed rooms, with separate bathrooms. Please note a baby cot can be arranged upon request, if needed. The villa has a large common garden and big private terrace equipped with a barbecue. In the common garden is a swimming pool with sunbeds. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area. Nearby Sunny Beach has magnificent beaches, all kinds of watersports, a myriad of cafes and restaurants and one of the most vibrate nightlife in Bulgaria, the Action Aqua park is just 2 km away and Nessebar which is one of the most beautiful old towns on the Black Sea coast is just 7 km away. , and the close by Emona Monastery St. Vlasiy is also worth a visit.
